No. Ezo Returns only processes emails that match known order-related patterns such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and return policy emails. Personal emails, newsletters, and anything unrelated to orders are completely ignored and never stored.

Yes. Gmail access is required to power the core functionality. Without it, Ezo Returns can't scan your inbox for order emails. We use Gmail modify permission to mark processed emails as read and prevent duplicates, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account.

Absolutely. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Ezo Returns settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account's security settings under "Third-party apps with account access." Upon disconnection, all synced data can be permanently deleted on request.

Ezo Returns supports hundreds of major and regional retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Nike, Apple, eBay, Target, Best Buy, Zara, ASOS, Etsy, and many more. New retailers are added regularly. If your retailer isn't supported yet, you can request it from your dashboard.

Return deadlines are extracted from retailer-specific order emails, which typically include the return policy window (e.g., "30 days from delivery"). Our parser identifies the delivery date and calculates the deadline accordingly. When an email doesn't include policy details, we apply the retailer's standard known return window.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS. We use Google OAuth so your credentials are never stored on our servers. We never sell your data and comply with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations. You can request full data deletion at any time.
